RETURN POLICY FOR USERS OF WEB SHOP
1.1. The user has the right within eight (8) business days from the date of delivery of the product to file the complaint of the purchased product or the return of the product if, when taking over the goods, there are defects in the products or the products delivered are defective. The Vintage Circus will return the funds to the User’s account in the request or replace the product with the new one within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the return product at the address stated on the complaint form.
1.2. The user announces the return of the purchased products via a complaint form after accessing the Online Store Service, using the username and password, entering personal information and other purchase information.
1.3. The return of the delivered products will be commenced to the address at which the User is notified on the complaint form. The Customer will bear the cost of product return.
1.4. The customer is obliged to return the delivered goods in the condition they have been delivered to him in the original packaging (the commercial packaging in which the goods are delivered).
1.5. If there has been undoubtedly determined that a product complaint is unjustified or that the defect of the ordered product has been due to inadequate handling and / or use, then Vintage Circus is not required to make a refund or supply a replacement product. The advertised product will be returned to the Beneficiary at its expense with a written explanation of the reasons for not accepting a refund or replacement request.
1.6. If the Refund or Replacement Claim is warranted, the Vintage Circus will proceed as indicated in item 1.1, with the cost of redistributing the product to the Vintage Circus.
1.7. If there is an error in the ordering of the products ordered and the buyer has not received the ordered product, it is obliged to declare it through a complaint form within eight (8) working days. In such case, the User returns the wrong product at the expense of the Vintage Circus, who commits to deliver the ordered product or to make a refund (according to the Customer’s request) within fifteen (15) working days of receiving the incorrectly delivered product.
1.8. If the Customer has not received the ordered and paid product, he or she must report it within eight (8) business days of the expected arrival date of the ordered product via a complaint form or via the contact details published on the web site. The Vintage Circus within that time is required to determine what has happened to the advertised shipment and to notify the Beneficiary of further reconsideration.
